The removal rate of suspended solids in water can approach 100%. After good coagulation treatment, when the suspended solids content in the filtered water is 20mg/L, the suspended solids can reach below 1mg/L. It has a significant removal effect on impurities such as bacteria, viruses, macromolecular organic matter, colloids, and iron. The removal rate of suspended solids with particle size greater than 5um reaches 90-95%., Solved the problem of the filtration accuracy of granular filter material being limited by the particle size of the filter material. It is an updated product of filtration equipment for granular materials such as quartz sand. The mechanical adjustment device can quickly adjust the stacking density of the bundle filter material according to the requirements of effluent quality and filtration rate.
High quality fiber bundle filter materials have the following advantages:
(1) Chemical stability is strong, and no harmful ingredients are dissolved in the water filtering process;
(2) The high strength friction, collision, and shear force of anti washing gas water will not cause damage, loss, or material leakage;
(3) Soaked in water for many years, it is durable and non corrosive, and its service life can generally reach 5-10 years;
(4) Low filtration resistance, fast filtration rate, and can ensure good filtration effect within the filtration rate range of 25-35m/h.
(5) The fiber bundle filter layer automatically forms a stepless porous filter layer with gradually decreasing porosity along the water flow direction, without the need for manual grading like granular filter materials
(6) Ordered filter layer: The fiber bundle filter material is suspended inside the filter or filter tank, resistant to impact, not disordered layers, and not lost. It can withstand high-strength cleaning, including high-flow gas-water combined cleaning.
(7) The interception capacity is large, usually 5-15kg/m3 filter material, which is 2-3 times that of traditional filters.
(8) The footprint is small, producing the same amount of water, and the footprint is only 1/3 to 1/8 of that of traditional filters.
(9) The cost of producing the same amount of water per ton is low, and the cost is lower than that of traditional filters.
(10) The water consumption for backwashing is low, only 1-3% of the periodic water production. Generally, raw water can be used for backwashing.
