Surface filtration
Due to its unique structure and design, the pressure reduction of Edman metal fiber felt can extend the on-line backwash cycle of the filter element; it can also perform frequent pulse backwashing with good backwashing effect. The sintered membrane structure can capture particles and form a homogeneous filter cake layer, making the filter not easy to be blocked. When the filter element undergoes pulsed backwashing, the captured particles are easily backwashed clean, thereby maintaining the pressure drop at a low level.
Deep filtration
Edman metal fiber felt has excellent air permeability. This multi-layered filter felt has high filtration efficiency, strong dirt holding capacity and reduced pressure, thereby prolonging the online life of the filter element. In addition, the filter element can be easily cleaned off-line or on-line for repeated use.
